Returns & Refunds

We craft and select every LDV Wellness piece with care, and we want you to be happy with what arrives. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

What can be returned

Tea boxes

Unopened and sealed tea boxes can be returned within the window. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of tea that has been opened, unless it arrives faulty or not as described.

Teapots and teaware

Unused teapots in their original packaging can be returned within the window. Because each piece is handcrafted or finished individually, small variations in glaze, colour and form are natural and are not considered defects.

Botanical oil

Each botanical oil is carefully crafted for your individual order, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on botanical oil, whether opened or unopened. If your oil arrives leaking, damaged or incorrect, please see “Damaged or faulty items” below.

Damaged or faulty items

Teaware and botanical oil are delicate and we pack it carefully, but if anything arrives broken, leaking or faulty:

Email us at connect@ldvwellness.sg within 48hours of delivery, include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll offer a replacement, and cover the return shipping where needed.

Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Items we cannot accept back

Botanical oil (all orders are final, except where damaged, faulty or incorrect, as above)

Opened tea (unless faulty, as above)

Items damaged through use, misuse or improper care

Gift cards and other personalised or custom-made orders

Sale items marked “final sale”

How to start a return

Email connect@ldvwellness.sg with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 2 business days. Please don’t send items back before hearing from us.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service and sturdy packaging, as we can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Teapots in particular should be well wrapped.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders above SGD100. For orders below SGD100, a flat shipping fee of SGD6 applies. Orders are packed with care and typically delivered within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
